Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Fan Club Z websites, mobile apps, prediction features, Zaurum features, creator tools, and related services. By using Fan Club Z, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from them, including our Acceptable Use, Privacy Policy, and Prediction Standards.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fan Club Z. Some features may require a higher age or may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions, app-store builds, or account states. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account, email, device, and login credentials secure. Fan Club Z may support email magic links, passwords, Google, Apple, or other login methods. You must provide accurate information and must not share, sell, or misuse accounts.

4. Predictions and participation

Fan Club Z lets users create, discover, and stake on predictions. Predictions must be clear, fair, neutral, and independently verifiable. You should review the full Prediction Standardsbefore creating or staking on predictions.

• Staking on a prediction does not guarantee that it will settle.
• Predictions may be voided or refunded if they are unclear, abusive, already known, unverifiable, or wrongly settled.
• Creators and moderators must settle based on the written prediction text and reliable public sources.
• Fan Club Z may review activity for manipulation, coordinated staking, self-dealing, or settlement abuse.

5. Zaurum, balances, and creator earnings

Zaurum is the native in-app participation currency used for Fan Club Z balances, staking, claims, rewards, refunds, and creator-earnings displays. In the standard Fan Club Z experience — including the Apple App Store and Google Play apps — Zaurum is for entertainment and social participation, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for money. Zaurum is not legal tender, is not a bank deposit, and does not represent ownership in Fan Club Z. Fan Club Z predictions are social participation and entertainment; they are not real-money gambling, betting, or a financial product.

Where wallet-connected or withdrawal functionality is separately enabled — and it is not offered in app-store / store-safe builds — it is subject to feature availability, eligibility checks, policy review, and applicable limits.

Creator earnings may be delayed, withheld, deducted, reversed, or cancelled if a prediction is voided, wrongly settled, violates standards, is connected to abuse, or requires correction to protect participants and ledger integrity.

6. Wallet-connected functionality

Wallet-connected and crypto features are optional and may be unavailable in certain builds — including Apple App Store / store-safe builds — or in certain regions. Where such functionality is available and you choose to use it, you are responsible for wallet security, network fees, transaction confirmations, and compliance with applicable law. Fan Club Z does not custody private keys or seed phrases and cannot recover funds lost through wallet misuse, unsupported networks, or user error.

7. User content and license

You retain ownership of content you create, including predictions, comments, profile information, and other submissions. You grant Fan Club Z a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service.

8. Acceptable use

You must not harass others, post illegal content, impersonate, scam, manipulate predictions, abuse creator earnings, scrape the service, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass controls, attack the platform, or interfere with app integrity. Additional rules are in the Acceptable Use policy.

9. Ads, sponsorships, and promotions

Fan Club Z may show first-party sponsored content or third-party ads. Sponsored or promoted content must be accurate and must not manipulate predictions, mislead users, or imply that Fan Club Z guarantees an outcome. Ad availability and presentation may vary by platform, region, and consent settings.

10. Notifications and communications

We may send service messages, safety notices, account emails, and push notifications where enabled. You can control push notifications through app or device settings, but some account, safety, or legal notices may be required to operate the service.

11. Enforcement

We may remove content, void predictions, refund stakes, restrict features, delay or deny withdrawals, deduct earnings, suspend accounts, or terminate access when needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or preserve settlement and ledger integrity.

12. App stores

If you download Fan Club Z from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be subject to that store's terms, policies, review rules, and platform requirements. The app stores are not responsible for Fan Club Z's content, predictions, settlements, Zaurum balances, or support obligations except where their own terms say otherwise.

13. Disclaimers

Fan Club Z is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, any prediction outcome, any creator earnings amount, ad availability, or continued availability of a feature. Predictions are social participation content and should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, or investment advice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fan Club Z is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or user-generated prediction outcomes.

15. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms as the product, laws, and platform requirements change. We will update the effective date when we make material changes.
