Advertising on Fan Club Z
Premium participation platforms still need a sustainable business model. This page explains where ads and sponsorships may appear, how they relate to privacy and consent, and — critically — what advertising never influences: prediction wording, settlement, or your track record.
Why we publish this page
People deserve to know when content is commercial. Ambiguous sponsorship erodes trust as quickly as unfair settlement. Fan Club Z separates the participation ruleset from the commercial layer: you can evaluate a prediction on its wording and source whether or not a nearby surface shows a sponsor or network ad.
First-party sponsors and branded placements
We may run first-party sponsored placements — for example labeled sponsor cards in a feed, branded creator collaborations that follow our standards, or promotional surfaces on the marketing site. These placements should be identifiable as commercial. A sponsor does not get to rewrite settlement logic, void outcomes in their favor, or hide behind an unlabeled prediction that is really an ad.
Creators who work with brands still owe the community clear, settleable questions. Commercial relationships do not lower the Prediction Standards; if anything, they raise the bar for transparency.
Google AdSense, AdMob, and similar networks
On some web and mobile builds, Fan Club Z may show third-party ads through networks such as Google AdSense (web) or AdMob (mobile) where those products are enabled for the environment. Availability depends on platform policy, geography, consent state, and product configuration. Not every user will see network ads on every surface.
When network ads are present, ad partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. Where consent frameworks apply, we aim to honor choices before non-essential advertising technology runs. Controls can also exist at the OS or browser level (for example limiting ad personalization).
What advertising never does
- Never decides settlement. Outcomes follow the written question and named public source — not who paid for a placement nearby.
- Never silently rewrites a prediction. Sponsored framing must remain distinguishable from organic questions; commercial intent should not hide inside ambiguous wording.
- Never asks for your password. Ads and “support” pop-ups that request credentials or recovery phrases are scams — treat them as such (Responsible Participation).
- Never turns Zaurum into cash redemption. In the standard app experience Zaurum remains entertainment / social participation currency without cash value. Ads do not create a redemption path.
Privacy, consent, and children
Advertising identifiers, analytics, and related processing are covered in the Privacy Policy. Fan Club Z is not intended for children under 13; advertising configurations should respect applicable age and consent rules for the build and jurisdiction. If you believe an ad experience violates those expectations, contact us with screenshots and context.
Quality and brand safety
We work to keep commercial surfaces compatible with a premium, high-trust product: no deceptive “you won” creative that impersonates settlement, no fake system alerts, and no unlabeled native units that mimic organic predictions. Network ads are subject to partner policies as well as our own review when we can intervene. Report abusive or misleading creative via in-app reporting or Contact.
For advertisers and sponsors
If you represent a brand interested in first-party sponsorships or labeled collaborations that respect Fan Club Z standards, email tech@fanclubz.app with your company, audience fit, and proposed format. We prioritize partners who understand social prediction as participation identity — not partners looking for opaque transactional framing. Include whether you need web, mobile, live surfaces, or creator-led formats.
