1. Scope

This policy explains how Fan Club Z collects, uses, stores, and shares information across fanclubz.app, app.fanclubz.app, and the Fan Club Z mobile apps for iOS and Android.

2. What Fan Club Z provides

Fan Club Z is a social participation platform where users can discover, create, and stake on predictions, build a profile, follow activity, receive notifications, and use Zaurum, the app's in-app participation currency. In the standard app experience, Zaurum is for entertainment and social participation and has no cash value, and predictions are social participation — not real-money gambling. Some features may include creator earnings, sponsored content, ads, or optional wallet-connected rails depending on the platform, build, and feature availability (wallet-connected/crypto features are not offered in app-store / store-safe builds).

3. Information we collect

Account and authentication data

We collect account identifiers such as email address, login provider identifiers, session data, display name, username, avatar, and profile information you choose to provide. Where available, sign-in may use email magic links, password-based email authentication, Google, Apple, or other OAuth providers.

Participation and profile content

We collect predictions you create, stakes, comments, profile activity, rankings, badges, wallet activity, creator earnings activity, reports, moderation records, and other content or actions you submit in the app.

Wallet, Zaurum, and transaction records

We process Zaurum balances, claims, stakes, refunds, settlements, creator earnings, and related ledger records so the app can show accurate activity. If wallet-connected features are enabled and you choose to use them, we may process public wallet addresses and public blockchain activity needed for those features. We do not ask for or store private keys or seed phrases.

Device, diagnostics, and notifications

We collect device type, operating system, browser or app version, diagnostic logs, crash signals, performance data, notification preferences, and push notification tokens when you allow notifications. Push tokens are used to deliver Fan Club Z notifications and can be disabled in app or device settings.

Advertising and sponsored-content data

Fan Club Z may show first-party sponsored content, Google AdSense on web, and Google AdMob native ads in the mobile apps. We may process ad impressions, clicks, coarse placement information, consent state, and device advertising identifiers such as Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA when permitted by your device settings and applicable consent rules.

Support and safety communications

If you contact us, we collect the message, email address, attachments you provide, and operational context needed to investigate bugs, account issues, policy reports, or payment/support questions.

4. How we use information

• Operate accounts, authentication, predictions, staking, Zaurum balances, creator earnings, and support.
• Send service messages, push notifications, safety notices, and product updates you are eligible to receive.
• Maintain ledger integrity, investigate incorrect settlements, process voids or refunds, and prevent abuse.
• Moderate content and enforce the Acceptable Use and Prediction Standards.
• Measure app reliability, fix bugs, improve performance, and understand feature usage.
• Serve, measure, and control ads or sponsored placements where enabled.
• Comply with law, app-store rules, tax/accounting obligations, and lawful requests.

5. Ads, advertising ID, and consent

Google AdMob and Google AdSense may process data under Google's policies to serve and measure ads. Where required, Fan Club Z uses Google's consent tools before loading personalized advertising. You can limit ad personalization or reset/delete advertising identifiers through iOS or Android settings. Google explains its privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. What we share

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with hosting, database, analytics, monitoring, payment, app-store, ad, notification, and support providers that help us operate Fan Club Z. Public profile and prediction content may be visible to other users. Sponsor reports are provided in aggregated form; we do not provide sponsors with your name, email address, or direct account identifier for ad targeting.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain account and ledger integrity, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support audits. Some transaction, settlement, moderation, and safety records may be retained even after account deletion where required for security, accounting, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You can also control notifications in app or device settings and advertising choices through your device privacy controls.

9. Children and eligibility

Fan Club Z is not intended for children under 13. Some features may require a higher age or additional eligibility depending on jurisdiction, app-store policy, or wallet-connected functionality.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system is perfectly secure, so users should keep account credentials and devices protected.

11. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Fan Club Z or its service providers operate. We use reasonable safeguards where required by applicable law.

12. Updates

We may update this policy as the product, laws, or app-store requirements change. We will update the effective date when we make material changes.
