Acceptable Use

1. Respect and safety

Do not harass, threaten, bully, target, or intimidate other users. Hate speech, violent threats, sexual exploitation, encouragement of self-harm, and sharing private information about another person without permission are not allowed.

2. Authenticity and account integrity

Do not impersonate people, brands, creators, moderators, support staff, or Fan Club Z. Do not use multiple accounts, coordinated groups, bots, or misleading profiles to manipulate predictions, rankings, creator earnings, rewards, or community trust.

3. Prediction quality and settlement integrity

Predictions must be clear, fair, measurable, neutral, and independently verifiable. You may not create intentionally vague predictions, post outcomes you already know, settle contrary to the written text, use private information, or farm creator earnings with low-quality predictions. 4. Staking, Zaurum, and creator earnings abuse

Do not exploit Zaurum claims, refunds, settlement mistakes, creator earnings, withdrawal review, or any wallet-connected feature. Do not coordinate stakes to create misleading volume, abuse self-staking, pressure creators to settle incorrectly, or attempt to profit from ambiguity or known outcomes.

5. Fraud, scams, and financial abuse

Do not run phishing, fake support, fake giveaway, investment, loan, or wallet-recovery scams. Never ask users for private keys, seed phrases, passwords, one-time codes, or magic-link access. Do not misrepresent Fan Club Z, Zaurum, sponsored content, ads, or any creator-earnings opportunity.

6. Platform integrity

Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, exploit bugs, upload malware, interfere with ads or app-store compliance, automate abusive actions, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, APIs, wallets, moderation tools, or admin surfaces.

7. Content restrictions

Do not post illegal content, non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material, extremist content, instructions for wrongdoing, intellectual-property violations, spam, deceptive promotions, or content that encourages violence, fraud, market manipulation, or harassment.

8. Ads, sponsorships, and promotions

Sponsors, creators, and users must not use ads or sponsored placements to deceive participants, hide material terms, manipulate a prediction outcome, imply guaranteed earnings, or route users to unsafe or illegal offers. Sponsored content may be reviewed, removed, or restricted.

9. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, prediction voiding, stake refunds, creator-earnings deductions, feature limits, withdrawal review, account suspension, permanent account termination, or referral to law enforcement when appropriate.

10. Reporting

To report abuse or policy violations, send links, screenshots, prediction IDs, and context to tech@fanclubz.app.
