Get in touch with Fan Club Z
We read every message and try to respond quickly. Below you will find the right channel for what you need, along with a few details that help us resolve things on the first reply.
Support and account help
For anything to do with your account, a prediction, a settlement you disagree with, a payment or balance question, or a bug, email tech@fanclubz.app. We aim to acknowledge support messages within one to two business days. Before you write, it is worth checking the FAQ, which answers the most common questions immediately.
To help us help you faster, please include:
- The platform and device you are using (iOS, Android, or web, and the app version if you know it).
- The email or username on your account — never your password or any one-time code.
- A link to the specific prediction or screen involved, if the issue is about one.
- What you expected to happen, what actually happened, and a screenshot if you have one.
Creators and partnerships
If you are a creator interested in building a following through great predictions, or an organisation exploring a partnership, use the same address with “Partnership” in the subject line and a short description of what you have in mind. It helps to include any relevant links and the audience or community you work with.
Press and media
For press inquiries, interviews, or brand assets, email us with “Press” in the subject line and your outlet, deadline, and the angle you are working on. We are happy to help with accurate background on what Fan Club Z is and how it works.
Safety and abuse reports
The fastest way to act on harmful content is inside the app: you can report a prediction, comment, or user, and you can block a user to immediately stop seeing their content. Reports go straight to our moderation team. For sensitive safety matters that need a direct line, email us and include “Safety” in the subject. Please review the Responsible Participation guide and Acceptable Use policy for what we can act on.
A note on security
Fan Club Z will never ask you for your password, a one-time login code, a magic-link, or a wallet recovery phrase — not by email, not in the app, not ever. If someone requests these while claiming to be Fan Club Z support, it is a scam; do not share them, and report it to us.
Where to find the product
This site, fanclubz.app, is our public information and marketing home. The Fan Club Z app itself lives at app.fanclubz.app and in the Apple App Store and Google Play. To learn how everything works before you reach out, start with How Fan Club Z Works or the Learn hub.
