Fan Club Z

Make predictions. Share your reasoning. Follow the outcome.

Fan Club Z brings people together around questions about sport, entertainment and everyday events. Read the question and its resolution rules, compare the available outcomes, and discuss the evidence with other participants. Your profile records your participation over time.

Before you take a position

A prediction needs more than an interesting headline. Check exactly what counts as a winning outcome, when entries close and which source will establish the result. A deadline for entering is not necessarily the time the result becomes known.

For example, "Will the home team win?" leaves important questions unanswered. Does it mean the result after normal time, extra time or penalties? A clear prediction identifies the match, the period being measured and the official results source. This is an illustrative example, not a live market.

If the rules cannot answer a reasonable disagreement, ask for clarification before committing Zaurum. A popular choice or a large pool does not make an outcome certain.

Understand the numbers

Zaurum is the in-app unit used for participation. Available, staked and creator balances describe different states of funds. A displayed total does not mean every source is available for the same use. Check the wallet breakdown and the confirmation shown for the action you are taking.

The distribution of a prediction pool measures committed Zaurum. It is not a verified probability: one large position can move the split without changing the evidence. An estimated return can change before entries close.

Build a useful following

Use Connections in the app to find people by name or username and follow their predictions. Compare their reasoning and completed results, rather than judging someone by a single win. When you comment, explain what evidence would change your view. Respectful disagreement gives other participants something useful to evaluate.

After the result

Compare the published evidence with the original rules. Settlement applies the result to the positions in the prediction. If a result appears wrong, use the reporting or dispute options available on that prediction and provide the source and the specific rule at issue.

A useful review includes losing predictions too: what did you expect, what happened, and what would you assess differently next time? Keep participation within a limit you are comfortable losing, and take a break when it stops being enjoyable.
